Bassett Sales is pleased to announce that Steve Kaczor has joined our team as Director of Business Development. Steve brings a strong background in security integration and project delivery, with key experience at BEI Construction and Netronix Integration. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for developing strategic customer relationships and delivering complex solutions that align with both operational and long-term business goals.

During his time at Netronix, Steve served as a Program Manager supporting SALTO Systems — a valued Bassett Sales manufacturer partner—where he developed deep expertise in access control and integrated security solutions. His hands-on knowledge of SALTO technologies, combined with his broader experience in infrastructure and integration environments, positions him to drive meaningful growth and strengthen collaboration across our broader solution network.
