Scott Bassett
CEO
Scott joined the organization in 1973 when it was named Bassett & Moore, and while completing his Bachelor of Science degrees in the School of Business and School of Architecture at the University of Southern California (USC).
As CEO of The Bassett Sales Corporation (a Manufacturer Representative) and president of Astra Communications, Inc. (a Motorola Solutions distributor), Scott brings more than 50 years of security and communications technology experience to the business.
Scott is the company’s visionary leader, heartbeat, and energy that radiates throughout the company’s core, from sales and marketing to operations. He’s responsible for keeping the business running profitably and efficiently, while also serving as the sales territory lead for Southern California and Hawaii.
He also spends a significant amount of his time staying true to his passion – creating and nurturing new and established relationships with the company’s manufacturers and strategic partners.

Kim Walsh
President
Kim, a respected Manufacturer Representative executive within the commercial security technology industry, puts the business in “family business”.
Having held various staff-level and leadership roles in customer service, warehouse/distribution and sales since she began her career with the company in 1985, she now serves as the president of The Bassett Sales Corporation since 2023.
Kim’s responsibilities as president include overseeing the company’s sales and marketing teams, developing new business in the Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, and Tri-Counties, California territory, and strengthening the company’s relationships with our manufacturers, strategic partners and end-users.
From time to time, you might also find her paying homage to her professional beginnings, taking incoming customer service calls when she’s in the office. Now, that’s dedication.

Natasha Rodgers
Vice-President of Marketing & Communications
Natasha joined The Bassett Sales Corporation in May 2024 as the vice president of all things marketing, and brings 15+ years of B2B experience and marketing knowledge with her from large organizations such as Motorola Solutions, W.W. Grainger, Ingersoll Rand, and Panduit.
Natasha’s past senior-level marketing responsibilities included creating, executing, and communicating marketing strategies, tactics, and programs with, through and for manufacturers, distributors and resellers selling into commercial vertical markets, mostly across the US and Canada.
Natasha’s background and experiences are a true differentiator for the company, and demonstrates our commitment to be an extraordinary sales and marketing organization.

Danny Vasquez
VP of Sales
Danny joined The Bassett Sales Corporation as the vice president of sales in March 2025 from Siemens. He spent two stints and 13 years there progressing from a business development professional managing territories throughout the US, including those within Bassett Sales’ core markets (California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii), to a senior leader managing sales and marketing teams for their US indirect channel.
As The Bassett Sales Corporation’s VP of Sales, Danny works hand-in-hand with the company’s executive leadership team to help craft business development strategies for the organization and maximize sales in his territory of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bolstering more than 25 years of industry experience with contractors, manufacturers, and integrators of physical security, risk management, life safety, and building automation solutions at Siemens, Climatec, Convergint, and Eagle Sentry, Danny is well-positioned to help take our sales team to the next level in our endless pursuit of excellence for our manufacturers, partners and end-customers.

Jeff Snyder
Director of sales
Jeff is The Bassett Sales Corporation’s quiet sales warrior. He launched his business development career in the security industry in 2008 at a Manufacturer Representative firm, and joined Bassett Sales in April 2012 as a territory sales manager for the state of Arizona.
In 2024, he was elevated to the position of director of sales where he provides leadership to a team of regional account managers in addition to his territory management responsibilities.
With more than 15 years of experience, strong industry relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the Manufacturer Representative business, Jeff is able to incorporate industry best practices and measured doses of creativity to his sales approach to achieve our principals’ and partners’ sales goals.

Ken Berkhouse
Regional Account Manager
Ken joined The Bassett Sales Corporation in 2017 as the Regional Account Manager for San Diego and Imperial County, California with select key accounts in Orange and Riverside County, California.
With more than 15 years of diverse security industry experience that spans across Manufacturer Representative companies and large corporate organizations such as Anixter (a Wesco company) and Pelco (a Motorola Solutions company), Ken offers a unique perspective on how to drive security technology sales in the industry.

Jason Gonzales
Regional Account Manager
Jason left his beloved Chicago Bears and Chicago-style pizza behind to join The Bassett Sales Corporation as the Regional Account Manager for Orange, Southern LA and San Bernardino County, California in July 2023.
His 7+ years of security industry experience, including time at an advanced integrator of custom hardware systems, is a value-add to the team and our partners.

James Sage
Business Development / Special Projects Manager
James joined The Bassett Sales Corporation in 2018 and is the company’s resident technology expert. He has a wealth of technical knowledge from his 35+ years of experience in the security industry working mostly as a security systems integrator in installation, project management, design build, sales, operations management, and technology development.
When needed, James leverages his extensive background to provide technical training and product recommendations to the company’s sales team, end-users, consultants, resellers and distributors.

Mary Garcia
Inside Sales
Mary brings more than 30 years of security industry experience from sales and marketing roles at resellers and distributors such as Tri-Ed Distribution (a Wesco company) and Consolidated Electrical Distributors.
She joined The Bassett Sales Corporation in December 2020 as an inside sales representative where she supports the company’s business development projects and initiatives.
