Action Required: AtlasIED has updated Atmosphere Cloud (AWS) protocols, and all connected systems must be updated to maintain remote access.
Please ensure all AZM processors are updated to firmware version 4.5.16 or newer prior to April 3, 2026.
Beginning April 3, 2026, devices running older firmware will lose remote cloud connectivity, including monitoring, configuration, notifications, and cloud-based firmware updates. Audio and local control will continue to function normally.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While firmware updates can be completed remotely prior to the deadline, once cloud connectivity is lost, restoring access will require on-site physical access to the device.

Atmosphere Cloud User Guide - Firmware updates should be scheduled while the site is closed.
- Update time: approximately 30 minutes per device
- Expect brief audio and controller downtime during the update (3-5 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively).
- In rare cases, a device or connected accessory may require a power cycle after updating.
- Completing the update before April 3, 2026, helps avoid unnecessary future truck rolls.
